Egypt’s Arab Spring

Hosni Mubarak’s Administration was feared by the military as well as the public. Psychologists I studied with may have referred to his reach as a Cult of Personality. The entire city of Cairo treated the leader the way a Pharaoh would have dominated the nation. The movement of the Arab Spring toppled governments. The mass migration of thought spread unexpectedly. Angry individuals were able to take on armies with tanks, guns, bullets, missiles, and win. In Egypt, I explored districts that tour guides warned me about. Neighborhoods that were considered dangerous for tourists were risky, but if I had a meeting to attend than I was early. If I am not 30 minutes early for a meeting, I consider my timing late. Making people wait is terrorism. Never be late. Never make people wait.
